Philippines is noted for its excellent beaches, hospitality and tasty food. The Republic of the Philippines is an archipelagic nation of some 7,000 islands in Southeast Asia. Most of their 85 million people are able to communicate in English, despite 70 different languages being spoken throughout the archipelago.

What’s up this summer? What’s your plan on how to spend your summer vacation?

There are so many ways to spend your summer vacation. You may attend swimming class, art workshop, ballroom dancing or academic classes.

It is also very interesting to have group tours with your family; friends or co-workers to any vacation spots that you think are very exciting.
This summer, there are those who offer discounts on planes, ferries and buses.

Others who are financially well off may thought to go overseas, explore some places all over the world and try to educate themselves of the different cultures of different people.

Our own country, Philippines, can offer so many exciting places like Boracay, a white sand beach resort where most of local celebrities visit this site for they can do whatever they want freely without so much hassles of the show business world.

There are also traditional, architectural obras during the Spanish Era in our country. We can find that in Ilocos Region.

In Zamboanga; southern part of our country, you can enjoy seeing colorful vintas, pearl divers and fresh fishes of different kinds.

You can also have an excitement in horseback riding in Baguio City, northern part of the Philippines. The Burnham Park can also offer a boating equipment to add the vacationers a truly wonderful time. There you can see some natives of the place dancing ethnics you may add to your lists.

In addition are the falls of Maria Christina, Limonsodan, Pagsanjan and many more.

If and then cash is limited, why not stay at home, play computer games, eat outside the house or have some picnic in the patio, play volleyball or any kinds of sports or outdoor games and or plant some flowers, vegetables and trees.

Another smarter idea of spending summer is to have a general cleaning, laundering, patching, fishing, carpentry works and other beneficial activities.

You may also add tutorial jobs to toddlers or children in nursery and kindergarten age.

Can you decide now? Well it’s up to you. The only thing you should consider is not to get bored. Make your summer unique and memorable.

breadwinners in a family, queen of the house, homemakers, housewives are not income earners?

It is always men who are considered as the soul breadwinners in a family. May be this could be one of the many reasons that insurance companies target mostly men for insurance. To be more specific, an income earner is offered insurance and reasons comes out quite clearly as to why housewives are offered limited choice when it comes to insurance.

Soul mate, life-partner, queen of the house- best describes her. The duties and responsibilities discharged by her are incomparable and unmatched. You might have insured yourself sufficiently and hence buying an insurance cover for your wife may be the last thing on your mind. Infact a majority may find themselves in a similar state where they have not even thought of insuring their wives. You may buy everything for her but she too requires financial protection as much as you do.

Many of them believe that life insurance is suitable only for the earning member of the house. Those sharing a thought similar to this should know it is nothing but a myth. There is no reason strong enough to keep a homemaker out of the insurance protection net. The need of financial independence is as much as any other income earner would have. Try performing the duties that she discharges like taking care of the house, children etc., may sound ridiculous but all of these activities would get affected immeasurably in her absence. Hence when planning to insure your wife, consider the expenditure of all these services if you were to get it done from an outside source. The net sum that you derive should be the amount used to insure her.

But the irony lies in the fact that insurance companies do not offer all the policies to housewives. For instance, some of the insurance companies do not offer term policies. There are few insurance companies that offer policies catering specifically to women.
The reason why insurance companies do not offer all the policies to housewives is that they are not income earners. In such a situation the husband should step in the scene and should take charge of insuring her.

A woman gives up her job to take care of her family that forms the top place in her priority list. Only choosing not to work makes her unreasonably stay out of insurance protection. Don’t you think it’s high time for the low statistics of uninsured housewives to change and see a rise in the number of insured housewives?

Lets Spread the word about prevention of HIV/AIDS
HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus. This is the virus that causes AIDS. HIV is different from most other viruses because it attacks the immune system. The immune system gives our bodies the ability to fight infections. HIV finds and destroys a type of white blood cell (T cells or CD4 cells) that the immune system must have to fight disease.

Risk Factors for HIV Transmission

You may be at increased risk for infection if you have

injected drugs or steroids, during which equipment (such as needles, syringes, cotton, water) and blood were shared with others

had unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex (that is, sex without using condoms) with men who have sex with men, multiple partners, or anonymous partners

exchanged sex for drugs or money

been given a diagnosis of, or been treated for, hepatitis, tuberculosis (TB), or a sexually transmitted disease (STD) such as syphilis
received a blood transfusion or clotting factor during 1978–1985
had unprotected sex with someone who has any of the risk factors listed above

Preventing Transmission

Your risk of getting HIV or passing it to someone else depends on several things. Do you know what they are? You might want to talk to someone who knows about HIV. You can also do the following:

Abstain from sex (do not have oral, anal, or vaginal sex) until you are in a relationship with only one person, are having sex with only each other, and each of you knows the other’s HIV status.

If both you and your partner have HIV, use condoms to prevent other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and possible infection with a different strain of HIV.

If only one of you has HIV, use a latex condom and lubricant every time you have sex.

If you have, or plan to have, more than one sex partner, consider the following:

Get tested for HIV

If you are a man who has had sex with other men, get tested at least once a year.

If you are a woman who is planning to get pregnant or who is pregnant, get tested as soon as possible, before you have your baby.

Talk about HIV and other STDs with each partner before you have sex.

Learn as much as you can about each partner’s past behavior (sex and drug use), and consider the risks to your health before you have sex.

Ask your partners if they have recently been tested for HIV; encourage those who have not been tested to do so.

Use a latex condom and lubricant every time you have sex.

If you think you may have been exposed to another STD such as gonorrhea, syphilis, or Chlamydia trachomatis infection, get treatment. These diseases can increase your risk of getting HIV.

Get vaccinated against hepatitis B virus.

Even if you think you have low risk for HIV infection, get tested whenever you have a regular medical check-up.

Do not inject illicit drugs (drugs not prescribed by your doctor). You can get HIV through needles, syringes, and other works if they are contaminated with the blood of someone who has HIV.

Drugs also cloud your mind, which may result in riskier sex.

If you do inject drugs, do the following:

Use only clean needles, syringes, and other works.

Never share needles, syringes, or other works.

Be careful not to expose yourself to another person’s blood.

Get tested for HIV test at least once a year.

Consider getting counseling and treatment for your drug use.

Get vaccinated against hepatitis A and B viruses.

Do not have sex when you are taking drugs or drinking alcohol because being high can make you more likely to take risks.

Business Correspondents (BCs) new mantra for Banks In India . Business Correspondent Model,Business Facilitator for banks.

Rice Sugar & Bank A/c! ,It’s sounds surprise but in practice it’s going to be true.

The slashed entry load in mutual Funds and lessening in commission in Insurance make many AMFI advisor and Insurance agents in to jittery.

There is a good news to celebrate as yesterday , Monday, 30th November 2009, Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) announced in a notification that insurance agents, Mutual Fund advisors, agents of small saving schemes, Postal agents, kirana/medical store owners, PCO operators, retired teachers, petrol pump owner, could be act as a Business Correspondents (BCs) the term coined by Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

To increase of horizon of banking organizations in order to surpass the limitation they face to reach out customer and to penetrate the rural areas of India, Business Correspondents (BCs) model will provide them with low cost working model.

Do the Business Correspondents (BCs) will handle cash behalf of banks? The answer is yes of course. “For the cash inflow and out flow the Business Correspondents (BCs) will be linked to cash routes which will be close proximity of the Business Correspondents (BCs). The safe guard the transit, the Business Correspondents (BCs) will be insured under transit insurance. SO it really a good proposition.

“ The KYC (Know your Customer) norms are valid for both, the customer opening the accounts and the Business Correspondents (BCs) who will be appointed by the banks. The Business Correspondents (BCs) should be a local residence of his operation is must along with a few statutory norms.

The most important part is How Business Correspondents (BCs) will earn revenue? The bank which will charge to the customer not the Business Correspondents (BCs) allowed charging to the customer.

Extracts from Annual Policy Statement 2009-10 Financial Inclusion: Relaxing Eligibility Criteria for Business Correspondents 144. With the objective of achieving greater financial inclusion and increasing the outreach of the banking sector, banks were permitted, to use the services of NGOs/MFIs set up as societies, trusts, Section 25 companies, post offices, co-operative societies and more recently retired bank employees, ex-servicemen and retired government employees as business correspondents (BCs). Scaling up the BC model is a challenge. It is, therefore, proposed to increase the maximum distance criterion for the operation of the BC for rural, semi-urban and urban areas from the existing 15 kms. to 30 kms. (www.rbi.org.in RBI/2008-2009/455 DBOD.No.BL.BC.129 /22.01.009/2008-2009 April 24, 2009 Vaishakha 3, 1931(Saka))

More facts about Business Correspondents (BCs)

From the desk of (P. Vijaya Bhaskar) Chief General Manager ( RBI/2005-06/288 DBOD.No.BL.BC. 58/22.01.001/2005-2006 – Financial Inclusion by Extension of Banking Services – Use of Business Facilitators and Correspondents)

1.Objective : With the objective of ensuring greater financial inclusion and increasing the outreach of the banking sector, it has been decided in public interest to enable banks to use the services of Non-Governmental Organizations/ Self Help Groups (NGOs/ SHGs), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) and other Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as intermediaries in providing financial and banking services through the use of Business Facilitator and Correspondent models as indicated below.

2. Business Facilitator Model: Eligible Entities and Scope of Activities 2.1 Under the ‘;Business Facilitator’; model, banks may use intermediaries, such as, NGOs/ Farmers’ Clubs, cooperatives, community based organizations, IT enabled rural outlets of corporate entities, Post Offices, insurance agents, well functioning Panchayats, Village Knowledge Centers, Agri Clinics/ Agri Business Centers, Krishi Vigyan Kendras and KVIC/ KVIB units, depending on the comfort level of the bank, for providing facilitation services.

Such services may include (i) identification of borrowers and fitment of activities; (ii) collection and preliminary processing of loan applications including verification of primary information/data; (iii) creating awareness about savings and other products and education and advice on managing money and debt counseling; (iv) processing and submission of applications to banks; (v) promotion and nurturing Self Help Groups/ Joint Liability Groups; (vi) post-sanction monitoring; (vii) monitoring and handholding of Self Help Groups/ Joint Liability Groups/ Credit Groups/ others; and (viii) follow-up for recovery.

2.2 As these services are not intended to involve the conduct of banking business by Business Facilitators, no approval is required from RBI for using the above intermediaries for facilitation of the services indicated above.

Business Correspondent Model: Eligible Entities and Scope of Activities

3.1 Under the ‘Business Correspondent’ Model, NGOs/ MFIs set up under Societies/ Trust Acts, Societies registered under Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Acts or the Cooperative Societies Acts of States, section 25 companies, registered NBFCs not accepting public deposits and Post Offices may act as Business Correspondents. Banks may conduct thorough due diligence on such entities keeping in view the indicative parameters given in Annex 3.2 of the Report of the Internal Group appointed by Reserve Bank of India (available on RBI website: www.rbi.org.in) to examine issues relating to Rural Credit and Micro-Finance (July 2005). In engaging such intermediaries as Business Correspondents, banks should ensure that they are well established, enjoying good reputation and having the confidence of the local people. Banks may give wide publicity in the locality about the intermediary engaged by them as Business Correspondent and take measures to avoid being misrepresented.

3.2 In addition to activities listed under the Business Facilitator Model, the scope of activities to be undertaken by the Business Correspondents will include (i) disbursal of small value credit, (ii) recovery of principal / collection of interest (iii) collection of small value deposits (iv) sale of micro insurance/ mutual fund products/ pension products/ other third party products and (v) receipt and delivery of small value remittances/ other payment instruments.

3.3 The activities to be undertaken by the Business Correspondents would be within the normal course of the bank’s banking business, but conducted through the entities indicated above at places other than the bank premises. Accordingly, in furtherance of the objective of increasing the outreach of the banks for micro-finance, in public interest, the Reserve Bank hereby permits banks to formulate a scheme for using the entities indicated in paragraph 3.1 above as Business Correspondents. Banks should ensure that the scheme formulated and implemented is in strict compliance with the objectives and parameters laid down in this circular.

4. Payment of commission/ fees for engagement of Business Facilitators/ Correspondents Banks may pay reasonable commission/ fee to the Business Facilitators/ Correspondents, the rate and quantum of which may be reviewed periodically. RBI Master Circular DBOD.Dir.5/13.07.00/2005-06 dated July 1, 2005 may be treated as modified to that extent. The agreement with the Business Facilitators/ Correspondents should specifically prohibit them from charging any fee to the customers directly for services rendered by them on behalf of the bank.

5. Other Terms and Conditions for Engagement of Business Facilitators and Correspondents

5.1 As the engagement of intermediaries as Business Facilitators/ Correspondents involves significant reputation, legal and operational risks, due consideration should be given by banks to those risks. They should also Endeavour to adopt technology-based solutions for managing the risk, besides increasing the outreach in a cost effective manner. In formulating their schemes, banks may be guided by the recommendations made in the Khan Group Report as also the draft outsourcing guidelines released by Reserve Bank of India on December 6, 2005 (available on RBI website: www.rbi.org.in).

5.2 The arrangements with the Business Correspondents shall specify:

a. suitable limits on cash holding by intermediaries as also limits on individual customer payments and receipts,

b. the requirement that the transactions are accounted for and reflected in the bank’s books by end of day or next working day, and c. all agreements/ contracts with the customer shall clearly specify that the bank is responsible to the customer for acts of omission and commission of the Business Facilitator/ Correspondent.

6. Redressed of Grievances in regard to services rendered by Business Facilitators/ Correspondents

a. Banks should constitute Grievance Redressal Machinery within the bank for redressing complaints about services rendered by Business Correspondents and Facilitators and give wide publicity about it through electronic and print media. The name and contact number of designated Grievance Redressal Officer of the bank should be made known and widely publicised. The designated officer should ensure that genuine grievances of customers are redressed promptly.

b. The grievance redressal procedure of the bank and the time frame fixed for responding to the complaints should be placed on the bank’s website. c. If a complainant does not get satisfactory response from the bank within 60 days from the date of his lodging the compliant, he will have the option to approach the Office of the Banking Ombudsman concerned for redressal of his grievance/s.

7. Compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) Norms Compliance with KYC norms will continue to be the responsibility of banks. Since the objective is to extend savings and loan facilities to the underprivileged and unbanked population, banks may adopt a flexible approach within the parameters of guidelines issued on KYC from time to time. The KYC guidelines issued vide our circulars dated November 29, 2004 and August 23, 2005 provide sufficient flexibility to banks. In addition to introduction from any person on whom KYC has been done, banks can also rely on certificates of identification issued by the intermediary being used as Banking Correspondent, Block Development Officer (BDO), head of Village Panchayat, Post Master of the post office concerned or any other public functionary, known to the bank.

Whenever we remind of this day, a thought of fear comes through every one’s mind. It is the day when a less than half dozen terrorists took mumbai in to ransom indiscriminating firing and killing innocent people.

I was surgically operated and was resting at home by that time. News flashed saying two men got trouble at some colaba area. Then news start pouring in .And what happen that is a black history for the Mumbai, for India, for the peace loving World.

After the massacre every thing changed in case of victims.

Nothing ever changed in government, its approach, and the guardian of innocent lives.

We honour all those who lost their live in the terror attack last year same day.

Only terrorist alive is going to take another two to three months to be punished.

Do you ever imagine Rs. 31 Cr. is the cost to keep the terrorist alive?

26 Doctors in 12 months to supervise the health of the terrorist.

More than 200 people lives were taken by terrorists.

Hopes and aspiration got its death as bread earner meet their death in the attack.

Count less property and revenue loss in the attack is still to be estimated .

The same government back in power, same office portfolio with the persons who were resigned for the same reason, the mumbai attack. Every now and then a scare in mind of people.

The explosive book titled “To The Last Bullet” exposes about how the massacre may be lessen with loss of police officers and negligence part of few officers, penned by Mrs. Kamte, the slain Additional Commissioner of Police , Mumbai is a must book.

We all deserve peace here and every part of World.

Like any other die hard Big B fan, I am eagerly waiting for “PAA” December 4th release. I really count only people in our Hindi Film Industry, who else got that much potential to creatively involve and challenge such a mind blowing movie. The first time I saw the promo of PAA on a news channel, I was fell bound, no word to say. Only his caliber of people can have the urge to try such an act..

It’s my pleasure to express my fond towards him. I may have missed any of his movies.

PAA will really appeal to people of any genre. I do recount of his “ Black” magic.

The official story from “www.paathemovie.com” is as follows

“ Auro, is an intelligent , witty 13 yr boy with an extremely are genetic defect that causes accelerated ageing.
He suffers from a program like syndrome. Mentally he is 13 , very normal, but physically he looks 5 times older, Inspire of his condition, Auro is a very happy boy, He lives with his mother Viday, who is a gynecologist. Amol Arte , is young, progressive and full of ideals, politician.
He is out to prove to the world that ‘politics’ is not a bad word. He is a man with mission. Auro is Amol’s son.
Paa is a “rare’ story about a father –son, son-father relationship

Best Movie of AB Corp Presentation.

“The Challenge of PAA was to present Amitabh Bachan minus evrything we all know, love about and identify with him……….” R Balki Director

With The advent of new technology and loaded with benefit in cell phone, the mass use of cell increases rapidly. The use of cell phones dramatically become a new age of convenience for billions of people around the world. The World, in particular, the developing countries like us, India, are benefiting from a wireless revolution that is connecting people in far-flung towns, suburbs, and villages — many are the first time user.

New Delhi, 20th August 2009 www.trai.gov.in Telecom Subscription Data as on 31st July2009) provide the clear picture how Indian using the cell phone,

Wireless (GSM, CDMA & FWP) subscriber base increased from 427.28 Million in June-2009 to 441.66 Million at the end of July-09 at a monthly growth rate of 3.36%. Wireless Tele-density stands at 37.87.

With India adding more than six million cell phone subscribers a month, analysts expect that nearly half of India’s 1.1 billion people will be connected by cell phone by 2010. (Washington Post)

Back in 1980, the number of cell phones in the world was mere 11.2 million— or just two cell phones per 1,000 people. (Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas)

An extra ten mobile phones per 100 people in a typical developing country leads to an additional 0.44 percentage points of growth in GDP per person. (London Business School)

A new market study from Portio Research predicts that 50% of the world’s population will be using a cell phone by the end of 2009, and Africa now boasts the fastest growth rate in the world, forecast to add 265 million new mobile subscribers over the next 6 years.

Among the top 25 growth markets ranking list (2006-2011) there are a few surprises. India wins the top spot, just ahead of China, and almost equally in 3rd place is Brazil, Indonesia and Nigeria, but the real surprises start in 6th place with the U.S. mobile market tipped to grow by almost 66 million net additions from the start of 2006 to the end of 2011. This puts volume growth in the U.S. ahead of fast developing markets such as Pakistan, Mexico and the Ukraine. Russia is positioned lower than some may expect, in 11th place, below Iran and Bangladesh, while Japan appears in 18th place, with a predicted 14 million net subscriber additions by 2011, surprisingly placing above South Africa and Venezuela. (Courtesy www.Mobiledia.com)

Cell phones now become a necessity world wide. Too much of every thing is bad. People are so addicted to their cell phone that it becomes habit for many. From getting up from bed to exit to bed at night every body need it.

I recently saw a movie where the leading lady chased by goons, in her hide place she recognized by her chaser when accidentally her phone bangs, This also comes in handy in real life too.

I heard a hurricane where lots of people buried in mud and collapsed wall of building, but a person beneath the wall able send his relatives to rescue him. He was able to send message for his rescue and his life saved.

There were days only a few people could afford a cell phone, but now even a banana vender can afford it. The competition among the manufactures and operator made the consumer happy to buy cell phone of his choice.

Recent terrorist attack on our city on last January, the cell phone / satellite phone come handy with the terrorists.

The alarming use of cell phone can has a health impact. The September issue of the journal of Craniofacial Surgery revealed that “Wearing a cell phone on your belt may lead to decrease bone density in the area of pelvis”. I

Dr, Tolga Atay and team of Suleyman Demirel U sparta, Turkey, believe that long –term exposer to electromagnetic fields from cell phone could weaken the bone to such an extent the out come of surgical procedure, which use bone grafts from that area.

These are some research article that I came through net will help your knowledge deep.

Kids who use cell phones could be five times more likely to develop brain cancer. By Leslie Sykes

Device disables cell phone while driving.

So Zhou, an assistant professor of civil engineering at the U., devised a key that transmits a Bluetooth radio frequency signal that disables the phone while still allowing it to place emergency calls.

The device encases the car key. When the key slides out, a disabling message is sent and a “stop” sign displays on the phone, Zhou said. Incoming calls and texts are automatically answered with the message: “I am driving now. I will call you later when I arrive at the destination safely.” The device can be programmed to allow incoming emergency calls or to work when the phone is operated with hands-free equipment.

The U. holds provisional patents on the technology, called Key2SafeDriving, and licensed it to the firm Accendo LC, which hopes to have a product on the market within six months. Projected cost per unit is less than $50, plus monthly service fees, according to Accendo, a Kaysville firm specializing in providing early-stage seed capital and business support for new technologies.

From BBC News: Google opens OneBox music service
Gracenote, iMeem, Pandora and Rhapsody

Google has announced yesterday the launch of Google Music. Google vice president of search Marissa Mayar said overnight the company has formed an alliance with LaLa.com and the MySpace-owned music service iLike . Other partners include Gracenote, iMeem, Pandora and Rhapsody. Google has also partnered with the major music labels: EMI, Sony Music, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Through Lala and iLike, Google will also be able to feature music from a large number of independent labels. This new service will be available only in the US for now and will be integrated in the default search results page.( RWW)

Google launched an interesting new service in China yesterday – a fully-licensed free-to-use ad-funded download platform offering some 350,000 tracks for free download from both Chinese and foreign artists, with the promise that that number will rise to over a million in the coming months. All four majors are on board. The service, though, is only available within China, and is unlikely to launch anywhere near here.

From BBC News: Google opens OneBox music service

OneBox is an alliance with music sites Lala and MySpace-owned iLike.

The US-only service allows people to search using song titles, artists or using snippets of lyrics and will also stream sought-after tracks.

Mark Mulligan, an analyst at research firm Forrester, said the service may offer a compelling alternative to illegal file-sharing.

“Apple can do little about iPod owners downloading from BitTorrent,” he said in a blog post. “But Google on the other hand can.”

BitTorrent software is widely used to trade music and movies.

“Just imagine if when a consumer searches for a song, alongside all of those Torrent results is a heavily integrated Google music offering.”

When users search using OneBox a pop-up widget powered by iLike or Lala offers to play the entire song.

A MySpace box allows people to buy MP3s of the tracks and also highlights music videos and other information, such as upcoming concerts by the artists.

According to Google, the words “music” and “lyrics” are among the top 10 search terms of all time.

“At Google, we see millions of music-related queries every day,” said the company’s vice president of search Marissa Mayer at the launch in Los Angeles.

“It is clear to us that for our users music holds a very special and particular place.”

Apple currently dominates the online music market with around 70% of worldwide sales.

In Europe, firms such as Spotify are also beginning to gain popularity. The free music-streaming service ,which launched in 2008, now has more than two million users in the UK, and more than six million across Europe.

The new Google collaboration will hope to emulate the success of these services.

Every day we get millions of search queries about music. You want to know more about your favorite artists, find that new album or iconic song or figure out the name of that tune stuck in your head. In fact, according to Insights for Search, two of the top 10 queries in the U.S. are music-related. Google Said In its blog.

“People searching for an artist, song or album will get what they are looking for right at the top of their search results, with links to audio previews and the option to purchase music from Google’s music search partners MySpace and Lala,” Google said.

“Lots of people search for music through Google, so it made sense for us to find a way to get them to the content they’re looking for faster,” said Tom Stocky, Google’s director of product management.

Earlier today, Hitwise published a report estimating that music-related searches currently make up about 6% of total queries on Google. Clearly then, by integrating actual audio content that could be purchased online, Google would create a big opportunity for all of those involved.

Well, GoogleGoogle has just answered that call, by launching a major new feature that incorporates streaming audio previews when you search for an artist, album, or song using the search engine. There’s also music discovery baked in from services like PandoraPandora, RhapsodyRhapsody, and Imeemimeem

Can we get the search for all the world music and regional music .

Like me, people will be happy to see Indian music has to be included in Google’s Onebox. Really it will link to lagal sites and pleasure to play music would certainly drive traffic. to us.

In 17th October, 2000, the IT Act of 2000 was introduced to section. It takes offence which includes

Ø Any electronic offence that goes against nation

Ø Prison Term of 5 year for 1st offence

Ø Data theft a criminal offence

Ø It included one section terrorism and life sentence

The IT Act of 2008 was modified in December 2008, known as the Information Technology (Amendment) Act of 2008.

Ø Beside cyber crime main emphasis given to strengthen the law in cyber terrorism,

Ø The first time identified child porn as Separate offence.

Any individual will serve terms in prison if he is indulging in:

Ø Sending offensive emails and MMS( Multi Media Messages)

Ø Data Theft

Ø Child Pornography

Ø Cyber terrorism

Ø Publishing sexually explicitly contents

Minimum punishment: 3 year in prison term

Maximum: Life Imprisonment

Cyber Law always there to help individual and nation. The flip side is that the government got the power to monitor all E- traffic. Only apprehension on my mind that the information tend to misuses.
